Smokeless Carbonisation Furnace Working Principle:
Pre-treatment Stage: Biomass materials are are first and dried. Large pieces of wood need need be be crushed into small pieces a crusher crusher first. Then drying. Facilitate subsequent carbonisation carbonisation process.
Carbonisation Stage: The biomass raw material is first sent to the smokeless carbonisation furnace, and the temperature inside the furnace is gradually increased. The whole carbonisation process is under the condition of oxygen-poor atmosphere. As the temperature of the furnace reaches 400-600℃, and the biomass raw material starts to send pyrolysis reaction, and gradually carbonised into biomass charcoal.
Cooling And Collection: After the high temperature carbonisation is completed, the biomass charcoal needs to be cooled to avoid the charcoal burning again. The cooled charcoal is then collected through a charcoal discharge device.
Gas Purification: The flammable gas generated during the carbonisation process can be sent to the combustion chamber at the bottom of the furnace through the gas pipeline for secondary use. The smokeless carbonisation furnace is equipped with a smoke and dust treatment system, which effectively captures and treats the smoke and dust generated, thus achieving a smoke and dust-free production environment.
