Technological Process

Biomass raw material is sent to the drum dryer through the feeding system. It passes through three drying zones: guide zone, material curtain zone and rapid transit zone. It makes full use of the heat exchange between materials and hot air. Adopt new type of lifting device and screw conveying structure. This greatly improves the heating efficiency of wet materials and speeds up the drying. The biomass material passes through the middle drying area of the biomass dryer. The area is a large-angle spiral belt structure with full-bending coping. Materials in the middle drum by the hot air and spiral belt under the joint action of rapid movement to the front section of the drum. At the same time, the heat emitted from the inner drum and the air volume of the hot air from the middle drum are exchanged. Thus the material reaches the dry state. The material enters into the outer drum, and travels through the outer drum in a rectangular multi-loop way. Thus, the material that achieves the drying effect is quickly discharged from the drum under the action of hot air. If the material does not reach the drying effect, it can not be pushed forward quickly because of its weight. The material is fully dried in this rectangular platen. Thus completing the whole drying process.
