1. Forming first and then carbonisation : raw material - crushing and screening - drying - briquette machine - carbonisation - packaging. The charcoal production line mainly crushes the raw material of wood through the wood crusher to particles and powder below 10mm. The wood crusher can be selected according to the size and humidity of the raw material to be charred. According to the dryness and humidity of the raw materials and production requirements. Then choose rotary dryer or air dryer for drying. The moisture of the dried material is controlled below 12%. The dried material is transported to the distributor by the screw feeder, and the distributor evenly transports the raw material to the briquette machine. Finally, the moulded sticks are sent to the carbonisation furnace for carbonisation. The finished charcoal sticks can be completed.

2. Carbonisation and then briquette: raw material - carbonisation - crushing and sorting - mixing and grinding (carbon powder, who, additives) - moulding - air-drying and storage. Raw materials such as walnut shells, coconut shells, fruit shells, chestnut shells, corn stalks, liver and other raw materials are firstly carbonised by continuous carbonisation furnace (the furnace can be selected according to the raw materials to be carbonised). The charcoal after carbonisation is crushed in the charcoal grinder. The charcoal is then sent to the charcoal powder mixer to add certain water and binder. The grinding powder is also mixed and stirred evenly. Then it passes through the balling machine, briquette machine and so on (you can choose the corresponding moulding equipment according to the desired shape of the finished product). The final product is finished charcoal. For example: barbecue charcoal, water-smoked charcoal, honeycomb charcoal, charcoal balls, briquette and so on. After drying box or air-drying, it can be packaged into warehouse for storage and sale.
