2. Carbonisation and then briquette: raw material - carbonisation - crushing and sorting - mixing and grinding (carbon powder, who, additives) - moulding - air-drying and storage. Raw materials such as walnut shells, coconut shells, fruit shells, chestnut shells, corn stalks, liver and other raw materials are first carbonised by a continuous carbonisation furnace (the furnace can be selected according to the raw materials to be carbonised). The charcoal after carbonisation is crushed in the charcoal grinder. The charcoal is then sent to the charcoal powder mixer to add certain water and binder. The grinding powder is also mixed and stirred evenly. Then it passes through the balling machine, briquette machine and so on (you can choose the corresponding moulding equipment according to the desired shape of the finished product). After drying the box or air-drying, it can be packaged into a warehouse for storage and sale.
