Technological Process

The main components of the wood chip dryer are: the main body of the multi-layer sleeve dryer, hot air furnace, fan, inlet and outlet equipment, storage bin, pulse dust collector, cyclone dust collector, induced draft pipe and so on.

In the process of wood chips drying, the wet wood chips are first sent to the raw material bin by forklift truck. The wood chips are evenly sent to the dryer by belt conveyor. The wood chips are evenly dispersed and fully contacted with hot air under the even turning in the drying drum. Thus accelerating the wood chips drying heat conduction, mass transfer, evaporation of moisture. The wood chip dryer adopts sealed structure. It can reduce the heat dissipation. After drying, the wood chips naturally fall into the belt conveyor through the unloading hopper. After the conveyor sends the dried wood chips to the designated place for storage. The dust generated at the top of the unloading hopper is processed by the negative pressure of the pulse dust collector, so as to achieve the purpose of environmental protection.
