Wood pellet mill is made of wood chips, sawdust, wheat, corn and other crops such as fruitwood, poplar, pine, birch, eucalyptus, etc. after crushing and screening. Then processed into biomass pellet fuel by wood pellet machine. The wood pellet mill effectively solves the shortcomings of biological coarse fibre, difficult pelleting, and not forming. The auxiliary drive adopts high efficiency gear transmission. Compared with the traditional belt transmission production efficiency is increased by more than 20%. In addition, the ring mould adopts quick-release hoop type. Feeding adopts high-frequency speed control feeding system. It can ensure uniform feeding. The door cover is equipped with forced feeder. Technological Process

Wood pellet mill is working principle is to use high pressure and possibility of heating to press the loose wood debris into high density, easy to store and transport pellet fuel.

1. Feeding: Wooden raw materials (sawdust, wood chips, rice husk, wheat, pine, poplar and other materials) are sent to the wood pellet mill through a conveying device.

2. Rolling: The wood raw material is compressed directly in the rollers and moulds. The rotation of the press rollers makes the raw material continuously and evenly distributed in the mould cavity. Under the action of high pressure, the raw material is pressed into granule.

3. Heating: In some raw material pellet moulding, heating may be required. To ensure the density and quality of the granules.

4. Forming: After pressing and heating, the raw material is finally formed into shaped pellets of a specific size.

5. Discharge: The finished granules are simply discharged through the discharge system.
