Briquette Machine Fore Sales

Briquette machine, also known as wood powder moulding machines, have a wide range of applications. These include wood chip briquette machine, rice husk briquette machine, sawdust briquette  machine, and more. This equipment is a critical moulding device for the production of manufactured charcoal. It can process granular waste materials such as wood shavings, straw, sawdust, and fruit shells with a moisture content below 12%. The particle length should not exceed 5mm, and the diameter should not exceed 3mm.

Process Of The Briquette Machine

The briquette machine, also known as a charcoal-making machine, is a key piece of equipment in a charcoal production line. It consists of components such as heating coils, a moulding cylinder, a pusher, a motor, and an electrical control panel.

The briquette machine utilises the inherent properties of wood-based raw materials. Through spiral compression under high temperature and pressure, the lignin in the wood-based raw materials is plasticised and binds the fibres together, forming rod-shaped solid fuel.

Loose wood shavings are fed into the hopper and then into the cylinder. The pusher rotates continuously driven by the pulley, pushing the raw materials into the forming cylinder. The movement direction of the raw materials is perpendicular to the angle at the front of the pusher. When the angle of the pusher is 0°, after the raw material is pushed to the front end of the pusher, due to the angle of the front section of the pusher being 20–60°, the direction of movement of the raw material changes to push outward in all directions until it reaches the inner wall of the forming cylinder. Through layered compression, once the pressure reaches a certain value, the raw material moves forward along the forming cylinder. Under high temperature, the wood raw material is plasticised into solid charcoal rods with a density of over 1.1.

The entire plasticisation process requires heating to above 340°C. Due to the heat generated by friction during the compression process, the temperature in the moulding area is even higher.

Applications And Features Of The Briquette Machine

The machine primarily uses wood chips, rice husks, peanut shells, and other wood-based materials to produce solid fuel under high-pressure conditions. It can be equipped with a temperature control indicator to ensure stable operation at the set temperature. The briquette machine features a rational structure and convenient operation and maintenance. The solid fuel produced by the briquette machine is easy to ignite, has high calorific value, and low ash content. It is convenient for storage and transportation.

The briquette machine is widely applied in industries such as biomass energy, food processing, and pharmaceuticals. Different types of briquette machines are suitable for different raw materials and production requirements.
