Continuous Carbonization Furnace Process

2025-07-29

Continuous Carbonization Furnace is a continuous carbonization device used to make charcoal from biomass raw materials in industrial production. It is suitable for the carbonization of various biomass raw materials. Continuous carbonization furnace is usually composed of heat source, combustion chamber, inlet and outlet device, carbonization furnace body, cooling machine, dust removal device and other parts.

Production Process Of Continuous Carbonization Furnace

  • 1. Preparation of raw materials: wood chips, sawdust, corn cobs, straw and other agricultural wastes are crushed. The particle size is controlled within the range of 30-50mm.
  • 2. Raw material drying: Send the crushed granular raw materials to the drum dryer for drying. The moisture in the raw materials will be dried as much as possible to ensure the subsequent carbonization of the raw materials.
  • 3. High-temperature carbonization: Send the dried raw materials to the carbonization furnace, after continuous heating, so that it is fully and evenly heated. Heating to the set carbonization time. Different raw materials want to get good carbonization effect, you need to strictly control the carbonization time and temperature.
  • 4. Finished charcoal cooling: the temperature of charcoal after carbonization is high. The finished charcoal is quickly cooled to 60-70℃ by the cooling machine. Finally, the finished charcoal is sent out through the discharging device.

Continuous Carbonization Furnace Process Flow

Continuous Carbonization Furnace adopts automatic feeding and automatic discharging. It is equipped with automatic control system. Furnace temperature, material layer thickness, furnace material, heating device, sealing device and other parameters can be customised according to customers' requirements. The equipment adopts closed combustion system to make the fuel burn fully. It adopts high-precision electric control system and temperature and pressure detecting device, oxygen detecting device and so on. It ensures the stability and safety of combustion.

Carbonization process: raw materials are sent to the continuous carbonization furnace. According to a certain feeding speed. Carbonization can be completed when the temperature reaches 400-600℃. During the carbonization process, a large amount of combustible gas will be generated inside the carbonization furnace. Combustible gas is then sent to the combustion chamber through the flue gas circulation device. The furnace is continuously heated. This enables the recycling of combustible gases.

Continuous Carbonization Furnace Process

In short, continuous carbonization furnace is an advanced biomass carbonization equipment. It has the advantages of low investment, high automation, good product quality, long service life and other characteristics. Welcome your enquiry.
