Chipping: If the biomass raw material is large diameter logs, fruit trees, branches, etc. for coarse breaking. Use wood drum chipper to roughly break the wood. Thus the processing efficiency of wood chips can be improved.
 

Crushing: for larger raw materials. For example: wood, branches, straw, sorghum sticks, etc.. It needs to be pre-treated by wood crushing equipment. Thus processing different fineness of sawdust.
 

Drying: The moisture content in the wood raw material is different. Sawdust with high moisture content is not suitable for ball making. We can use sawdust dryer to dry the sawdust. We can use drum dryer, which can dry all kinds of granular and powdery materials. After drying, the moisture content in the raw material is controlled at 8-12%.
 

Briquettes: The dried sawdust is made into solid sawdust bar making under high temperature and pressure. Different shapes and sizes of sticks can be processed.
