Carbonisation: The raw materials are sent to the continuous carbonisation furnace through the conveying device, and undergo high temperature carbonisation. If fruit wood, hardwood and other larger lumps of raw materials, you can use vertical carbonisation furnace or horizontal carbonisation furnace for carbonisation.
Crushing: After carbonisation, the material is crushed by wood crusher. The charcoal is crushed into charcoal powder below 1mm.
Stirring: Use the charcoal powder and binder to stir and mix fully, and the evenly mixed material is discharged from the bottom of the equipment.
Pressing: Through the hookah charcoal pressing machine after high temperature to press out the mould shape. The template can be customised according to the shape and size required by the customer. Thus the final output is the shape and size required by the customer. There are three types of hookah charcoal tablet presses: mechanical, hydraulic, and stainless steel.
Drying: After moulding the hookah charcoal, in which the water content is large, then it can be dried by using a drying oven. The drying time mainly depends on the moisture and hardness of the charcoal.
Packing: After drying, the finished water-smoked charcoal goes through the packing machine. Packed into individual small packets. Easy to transport, store and sell.
