Biomass Pellet Machine Working Principle

Wood pellets also become biomass pellet fuel. Biomass pellet machines are important equipment for producing pellets. It is carefully processed from raw materials such as: cedar, birch, poplar, fruit wood and agricultural waste straw. Biomass pellets are widely used in: fuel, barbecue, heating and other industry areas. It has a combustion efficiency of more than 80%, which is much higher than that of ordinary coal. The sulphur dioxide, ammonia and nitrogen compounds and dust produced by this fuel after combustion are significantly reduced, with superior environmental performance. Therefore, biomass pellets are often used as a substitute for coal in boilers, effectively promoting the development of green energy.

Biomass Pellet Machine Working Principle

The biomass pellet machine is used to process crops by means of physical extrusion. These crushed sawdust and other materials are extruded into the shape of pellets. In case of larger chunks of wood raw materials need to be crushed into powder and pellet shape using a wood crusher. The solid moulding inside the pellet mill is to be able to prevent the material from bouncing back to its original shape. Thus maintaining a certain shape and strength, the fibre material is physically shaped, and there is no need to add any binder throughout.

Biomass pellets, as an important fuel for new energy, occupy an important position in renewable resources. The development of biomass can supplement the shortage of conventional energy and is also a major environmental benefit. Biomass pellet machines can achieve large-scale production.
