The primary raw material for the wood chip briquette machine is mainly carbonaceous wood materials:

Wood: poplar, willow, pine, fruit wood, logs and other species, is the most common raw material for wood chip making machine. Timber raw materials have the advantages of wide origin, wide use and economical price.
Straw: corn stalks, soybean stalks, wheat straw, and other agricultural waste. With convenient use, easy to find raw materials, low prices and other characteristics.
Wooden Waste: sawdust, trimmings, shavings, bamboo shavings, bagasse, mushroom sticks, and so on.
Grain Husk: rice husk, corn cob, peanut shell, cottonseed shell, etc. These wastes mostly come from oil presses. Pre-treatment such as crushing and breaking is needed before processing.

There are more raw materials that can be processed by the wood chip briquette machine, such as: wood, straw, paper strips and so on. Different raw materials need to be pre-treated and selected accordingly before processing briquettes, so as to ensure the quality of the finished charcoal briquettes.
