High Temperature Carbonisation Furnace: The made fuel rods are placed in the horizontal carbonisation furnace or suspended vertical carbonisation furnace. After high temperature dry distillation carbonisation into finished charcoal. The upper part of the carbonisation furnace is connected with pipeline to vent the steam generated from drying. The lower part of the carbonisation furnace is equipped with piping to open the combustible flue gas valve for the flue gas produced. No smoke will be seen during the production process. The flue gases from the carbonisation process can be completely recovered. The recovered flue gas is then sprayed, cooled and purified. The combustible gas can be re-fed to the bottom of the carbonisation furnace for secondary combustion. Thus closing the gasifier. Use the self-generated gas to heat.
