  • Crushing and carbonisation: After drying, the coconut shells are crushed in a crusher. The coconut shells are crushed into suitable particle size. The crushed coconut shells are then sent to the carbonisation furnace for carbonisation. The coconut shell is heated by high temperature carbonisation.   • Formulation blending: according to the requirement and formula of the product. Mix different types of raw materials in proportion. Mixed by wheel mill or mixed manually.
  • Forming: The mixed material is then fed into the forming mould. It is pressed into the required shape and size.
  • Drying and Curing: After moulding, the water smoked charcoal needs to be dried and cured. Remove the remaining moisture. This makes the carbonisation more stable and durable. This is usually achieved by natural drying and drying oven.
  • Packaging: Packaging and quality testing of the charcoal. Ensure that it meets the product quality standards before entering the market.
